Terms of payment
All invoices must be settled immediately after your consultation.
All credit/debit cards are accepted including Amex. Cheques are not accepted.
Under no circumstances will part payment be authorised.
On the morning of admission for surgery or procedures, a 50% deposit must be made and the full amount of the invoice settled upon collection of your pet.
Please let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advanced if you cannot attend your appointment, otherwise there is now a £36 missed appointment fee that will automatically be put onto your account.
